Weekender helpers (please read!)

Post  Luke=m on Tue Jun 08, 2010 2:00 pm

dear all,

deepest thanks for being willing helpers at this yrs team axiom weekender! Due to the crappy state of the roads round here it's our only open event promotion. I've allocated the following tasks hopefully to you liking! You can always change with each other I don't mind!

Sat/Sun timekeepers - Andy and Graham
Sat/Sun recorder - Tel
Sat/Sun pusher off - tim

Sat Liphook marshals - Gav, Dave B
Sunday marshals - Wingman and crew (bagged buriton), HTT, Helly, Dave B.

Let me know if this is OK with each. We've got a good entry this yr so we should do well for the coffers.

first rider is off at 4pm on saturday so if you can get to the HQ (liss village hall) by 15:30 that would be great. On sunday first rider is off at 7am. parking is in the station carpark across from the hall (cos the pub landlord will beat me up if we park next to the hall in his car park).

If you can bring some cakes that would be cool. Any probs/more info let me know.

Hey Luke,

I was just wondering, whether you could give me the address of the Hall or post a link to a map here?!
Google Maps comes up with several "Village Halls" in Liss...

Thanks in advance. See you tmrw!
