Well, enjoy Tenerife guys! I'll be at Cosham on Saturday instead. Apparently it's going to be tropical this weekend!

It's not proper training if you're in shorts and short-sleeves; this time of year you need to be training in thermal layers topped off with waterproof layers, ploughing through piles of leaves not knowing if there's a pothole underneath and getting blown all over the place

On behalf of G, Angie, Timbo and Chicken little are all meeting tomorrow at 9:30 in Lee on Solent opposite the cycle shop right on the sea front.
I won't be going as I have tennis match at 10 in Alverstoke.
If anyone needs directions please contact pa or any of the others.
