Its that time of year again Yes Xmas. But I'm talking about the Awards dinner in Jan 2011.

The meal is £20 per head at the LOST Tennis club. The price includes 3 course meal with wine. (menu's for meal choice will be sent out soon).
The arrangements for Taxi/mini buses will also be coming out soon.

We need to work out numbers, therefore can you return your answers to me soonest.

Once again if I have left off anyone in the address part please pass on.

Cost is £19.95/head Includes Arrival Drink, Red and White and a Disco. Carriages at 00:30.

Dear All,
I have managed to secure the mini buses again for the same price as last year. Yeah!
For those who did not partake it worked out about £11.00 per head (if memory serves me right) and most were picked up and dropped off at home.
In order to confirm price etc Tel and I really need to know if you want a lift.
So far only Cathy has confirmed minibus.
Please please help us make this a great night for you with the least amount of cost possible by responding promptly.

I had thought of cycling in order to justify a pudding but I've decided to see sense; can you put me down for a minibus / taxi please.
