Sunday spinning

Hi Folks

Just incase you haven't read my reply to Lori on another post the spinning / winter training will start up again this Sun, 9th Jan, if anyone is interested followed by Pilates.

We will aim to start at 10.30 at Fitness First Fareham, Pilates about 12.00 all for about £1.
