LAJOG help

Post  Angie on Wed Aug 03, 2011 4:06 pm

You lot what did LAJOG last year, probably the sensible ones innit, have you still got details of the route that you used bruv?

If you have would it be possible to print them off for me?

I would like to stress that this is for a class member who is riding it next year. He doesn't want to use any "A" roads but I thought that some of the routes you lot used might help him plan.

Thanks

Your, oops sorry he's Razz probably best to start looking at the CTC website as they have a whole section just for LEJOG affraid from there just start pooring over the maps and look for relevant stops at the distance you, sorry he Embarassed wants to ride each day Sleep

We stayed mainly in YHA's which are excellent for this type of trip bounce there are also loads of books with different suggestions / ideas.
Oh just to straighten one thing up it should be LEJOG (Lands End - John O Groats) lol!

Thanks Tony

What a doofus of course it is; I've spent so much time abroad this year I was putting a French twist on it. I always used to my feminine and masculine mixed up!!

Something else I'm never gonna live down.
