The hazards of cycling!!!

Am I the only one who can fall off of a stationary bike

I'm not talking about a road bike and forgetting to unclip no, a stationary studio bike

It brought a very special ending to the class. Helmet and body armour are must from now on

many years ago when I was young (and supposedly a lot more agile than I now),I managed to fall from the back of a stationary motorbike,dislocating my right kneecap in the process...that resulted in 4 months on crutches and a lifetime of knee problems,so don't feel too bad Angie...it happens to the best (or is that the Worst)?!? of us
