Tour of the Milburys Press Gang
That time again Please confirm if you are available and in what capacity.
The Tour of the Milburys is on Sat 12th May and the following are needed:
Time Trial 10.00 - 11.30
Timekeepers 1 x start
Timekeepers 2 x finish
Pushers off x 2
Marshals x 3
Kitchen
Road Race 13.00 - 16.00
Lead Car
Second Lead Car
First Aid + Driver
Race Support (I've e-mailed Harry who did it last year to see if he's available again as that would free up people for marshaling)
Marshals x 11 (those at Milburys to double as finish line judges)
Kitchen
3 x NEG (booked)
Laptop, projector, printer...
As usual, it's already over-subscribed so this weekend's task will be to sort out the reserve list & return entries...

Re: Tour of the Milburys Press Gang
Hi Andy,
Will be available for duty for both stages. After last years little problem I think we should dedicate a timekeeper to stay at the finish line for the entire 2nd stage as I believe Sue would feel happier with that. I can do any duty you decide for me mate, looking forward to it.

Andy
Happy to do the First Aider role again if needed.
I've got the computer / projector and printer. I guess you're using the same format as last year, so just let me have the final version and I'll load it on.
Is it also worth sticking a video recorder up at the finish as well? Just in case?!?

Thanks so far guys - Des, I would love to have a dedicated person at the finish and, if I get enough people, will do but it's like pulling teeth to get helpers; the last couple years I have had to pull in favours and get friends outside the cycling sphere just to get the bare minimum.
