Hurrah -we have the minimum number of people for it to carry on! A couple more people wouldn't go amiss as it would help to have some judges at the finish line all the time, nevertheless, based on who I've got so far I've got the following positions:
Morning TT
Start timekeeper - me
Pushers off - Tel & Joe
Finish timekeeper - Des & Graham
Set up IT / record times as presented - Tim
Marshals from Pete, Chris, Angie, Luke, Claire, Tony & Sarah
A couple from above to check RR course for debris following bad weather

Afternoon RR
Commissaires - Mick Metcalf & Tim Knight
Lead Car - Luke*
Second Lead Car - Tel*
First Aid - Tim
First Aid driver - Tony/Sarah/Jane/Angie (probably best to have someone with BC licence)*
Race Service - Dave Edwards (VC St Raphael)
Kitchen/Hall - Joy
Marshals - Me, Joe, Chris, Des, Graham, Claire, Angie,Tony, Sarah, Jane (minus one of previous four for first aid driver), Will, Mark Hopkins
If we don't get any more then the two posted at the Milburys pub will have to go along to the finish to help Sue Knight with finish line judging.
NEG - Three motorbike escorts booked

If there are any objections please let me know; I can still shift people round to suit.

* Will need full name, DoB, BC no., vehicle make, model & reg to be covered by BC insurance

Hi sorry for the late response from me also, although I've been busy with cakes rather than dogs!
Was going to offer to help in kitchen but is that not a good idea then?? Not sure what times each session is or where i'd need to be but let me know and i'll be there as well :-)
