Piss up in a brewery?

First of all, thanks to all involved in organising last night's awards dinner - it was a good evening.

The roller racing at the TA birthday was fun... does anyone fancy doing it in a brewery - with, beer, BBQ, etc?
Owing to inevitable beer consumption I'd look at the option including coach and get to Brighton by train.

A evening of Beer, BBQ, spinning, brewery. Sounds like fun. Perhaps the word 'ambulance' should also be added to the list, though??
