Bit ill... Empty Bit ill...

Hey guys!
I'm afraid that I'm having some trouble with my heart at the moment. Nothing serious at the moment but I must not let my heart rate get up which in turn means no cycling. May be off for a while or quite a few weeks so will see as I go along.
