HHH after effects

Hi All

Just a quick note to enquire how you are all feeling after yesterdays HHH

Sarah and I are still very tired, with very stiff aching legs, so tonights TT should be interesting

Yep certainly feel the effects, (and yes before you say anything that's just from the short route!! ) my knees are particularly sore this morning and my ride in was "steady" at best - although I'm putting that down to a very strong head wind!!!

Still, tonight should be a laff!

Now did I or would I make any refference to the fact that you and Sarah didn't pay attention not only to your notes but also to the signs marking the "mens" from the "boys" route

I won't be TTing unfortunately - got a special "guest" coming tomorrow morning that I need to prepare for! That, and my legs felt like giant marshmellows cycling to work today.
