Hi Cathy
Just been looking on Ribble bike builder, you can choose loads of options, upgrades, personalise etc.

It al looks confusing but I'm sure a few of us can talk you through it, personally I've never bought an off the shelf bike as I always want / need something different / better.
I worked on Ribble Sportive 365 then up graded to 105 + better wheels etc. only spent a few mins and came in under your budget.
