PTTL Event 2 - Sunday 28th March
Hi all, have now got the start sheet for Sunday and will see if I can get it posted on our website. In the meantime the start times are as follows:
Pete R - 8.14am
Helen TT - 8.21
Chris Fletcher - 8.27
Helen (sorry I have forgotten your surname!) 8.37
David Baar - 8.44
Pete B - no problem with you taking part but you will have to enter on the day. The last rider on the start sheet is off at 8.46 so if you get there early you should get a start well before 9.00.
Just a reminder that the course is the P851 (Westbourne-Chichester-Westbourne) course. See the following link to the Fareham Wheelers website for detailed information on the course:
Please note that the HQ is at West Ashling Village Hall which is about 4 miles away from the start/finish so you will need to make sure that you leave extra time to get to the start (a useful for a warm-up). Parking might also be a bit limited at the HQ.
See you Sunday
Cheers
Pete

Pot Holes
The pot hole teams have been out in force on the Funtington Road, so it's looking a lot better than it was a week or so ago, but do take care on the section between the start and the pig farm on the way to Chichester, and then again on the section from the top of the climb out of Chi to the Hunters Race crossroads.
Enjoy!!!

Catagories
Hi Pete,
I have taken a look at the start sheet and note that both HTT and I are down as Lady cyclists (although others might, I do not dispute this ).
However, should we both not be registered Lady Vets?

Hi Pete R,
Thanks for organising. I'm a first timer here so i'm not sure on timings etc. I dont know what time HQ opens but if I aim to be there for 07.30 do you think thats early enough to get a pre 9am start time?
Cheers

7:30
Pete B
I'm not sure what time the HQ will open, I guess around 7:00. So 7:30 should be ample time to get a pre 9:00 start as there are only 47 entries on the startsheet. Enjoy!

Nearly, but not quite!
West Ashling Village Hall is on Southbrook Road, but nearer in to West Ashling (where it is the B2146) - near where the primary school is marked on the map. There should be signs out marking the HQ, so you'll know when you get there!
