1st Birthday Party!

Hi Guys

We know that Imogen will never remember her 1st birthday but we couldn't help wanting to celebrate it anyway! More importantly, Tony and I have been very touched by our friends who have embraced Imogen into their lives and we'd like to say a little "thank you" for that, as it has been really great to be able to do what we've done before with minimum modification!!

So we're having a party at Fareham Working Mens Club in Mill Road from 12-2pm on Saturday 24th May.  We'll be putting some money behind the bar for you and will have a cold buffet, so for those doing the club run you can stop here for your coffee, sorry, beer and grub!

For those of you who fancy it we'll then move onto the Vanguard in Fareham (now called the Slug & Lettuce) where there's room for Imogen to play and reasonably priced food and drink!

You are quite welcome to turn up in your cycling gear.  For those who would prefer to change you're quite welcome to drop clothes off at ours.

For others there's a car park at Fareham WMC and you can leave it there until it's safe to collect another day!

I think I've covered everything but let me know if I've forgotten anything.

I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know whether or not you can make it so I can calculate how much food I need!

Hi all.

Rita and I would love to come thank you. Will probably be out on clubrun so will have Daisy in tow, but we don`t fancy leaving her in the town centre. If there is any chance of leaving her at yours we could also do sluggy lettuce after.   

Of course no probs, that goes to others as well.

Yes would love to come. My mother is visiting though so unless you are ok for two extras I will come but probably only for a short while. It's their last day with me so probably ought not disappear all day! :0) xx lovely idea. First birthdays are more for the proud parents anyway! Xxx

Just to let you know we went to the Slug & Lettuce and their drinks prices aren't as reasonable as when it was the Vanguard   so we're looking to go to Wetherspoons - nearest Cafe Tusk instead.
