Hi Gang

Thought I had better put some info up regarding our little Yorkshire jaunt.

I have had a chat with the owner of the house and he has confirmed the following;

1) Towels and bed linen are provided

2) There is a stair gate to stop the small children hurling themselves down the stairs

3) There is no BBQ but we are allowed to bring disposable ones

We cannot check in until 4pm so we have got all day to travel up. As yet I haven't looked at a map or planned a route, but as Luke and Claire know that neck of the woods fairly well maybe they can shed some light on the easiest route. I think I mentioned to Joe about leaving around 8 or 9ish and maybe travelling in convoy but we can talk about that on Monday.

I will be taking some basic provisions with me like tea, coffee bread etc and then sorting out an on line order to be delivered Saturday evening. If I can do that it will save us trying to shop when we get there.

Here is the details of the sportive that Joe and I have signed up for Ripon Revolution

I will text you the address of said house so that it is kept secret from any prying eyes.

Think that's all until we get there, let me know if I've missed anything out.

Come on Froomey!!! Sky!!!

A x

Looks to be about 265 miles depending on the route.
I'm with Angie, leave around 8/9 and we should be there in good time. With a 100+ ride Sunday I'd rather take it easy on the way up.
