Finally a house warming!

Dear folks,
Date for your diary.
I know it's been a while coming - 10 months to be precise - but here it is!
Would like to invite you all over to mine for a summer house warming BBQ and tie it in with the last day of the Tour de France if that's ok with you andy. :0) believe it's Sunday 27th July.
Happy to start anytime!
Two requests - I have a few garden chairs and a picnic blanket so if you want guaranteed comfort please bring your own chair. Also, I may require a BBQ! Tony has already offered so think we will be alright for that one thank you and will keep you posted - need something for our meat! Lol. Xxxx
We can watch the final stage, eat drink and then I will be providing a game of twister for anyone who's drunk enough and asked tel to provide some extra party games. :0)
Let me know if you want to stay the night there is room for few in my spare bedroom but I only have one actual spare bed. There my be room for a couple of very small tents on my bit of lawn. Hx

Sounds great I have a brand new bbq and patio furniture I have yet to use if you need them. Did you maybe want French themed food and drink? it would be great to stay over bagsy the spare bed! x
