Weekender Update

Hi All

A quick update on the weekender.

We've got fairly good fields for both the Saturday and Sunday, so it should be a very good weekend.

Thanks to everyone who has said they can help - we have (just) got enough helpers to cover the Risk Assessment requirements for Marshals.

The first man off on the Saturday is 16:00, so the hall will be open from 14:00ish. If you can get there at least 1 hour before the start that would be appreciated. There is a reasonable amount of signing and preparation on the Saturday.

The first man off on Sunday is 07:00, and there's even more signing of the course to make sure is in place, so again some early help would be appreciated.

I've put together the following guide at to where volunteers are required:

Apart from the timekeepers everything else is changeable if you have any specific requests.
Obviously if you can encourage any further helpers that would help ease the pressure.
