Weekender - Helpers / Marshals required
Hello Everyone
As I briefly mentioned last night, it's the Weekender on the 9th and 10th June.
The Saturday is the 10mile TT on the P881 starting at 16:00
The Sunday is the 25mile TT on the P885/25 starting at 07:00
This is always a well attended event, so we need to ensure we've got enough people to help marshal this event. Can you let me or Luke know if you are able to help?
Thanks
Tim

Hi All
Sarah & I can help out both days if required, anywhere, although if possible we would both like to ride, but only if we have enough helpers.
Cheers Tony

As mentioned on Monday I'm available both days; I've just remembered that I have to replace the battery in the stopwatch though!

I think I replied to your e mail but if not I can help on one of the days - I don't mind which but have to do something on the other.
Let me know which is required.

Hi Everyone
Thanks for your replies. So far I've got the following people:
I think this means we just about have enough cover (but don't let that put off any more volunteers coming forward!!). Can all marshals report to the HQ at least 1/2 hour before the first man off, so that we can ensure cover, and get everyone to their allocated places.
If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
Thanks
Tim

Just in case anyone's not sure where the HQ is for the weekender, here's a link to a Google Map
Now just a few more chats with the weather gods, and we should be there!!!

Hi harry, unfortunately as this is an "open" event, it's not one you can enter on the day. you're more than welcome to come along and watch/help out though! There are lots more events to try - have a chat with us to find suitable ones.
