Awards Dinner 2011!

Hi All,

For those that unfortunately could not make it to the meeting last night we had a vote on the Venue for the Awards Dinner 2011. It is going to be held at the Lee on Solent Tennis club. (Apparently we have a member who plays Tennis!!)

The club have matched and surpassed the deal that we would get from the Ferryman. Helly has done a really good job getting the deal which is along the lines of:
3 course meal, private bar area and dinning facilities, wine on the table, Disco after. Team Axiom are looking at the arrival drinks and also paying for a bar extension.

We now need some action from our members as Helly has initially pencilled two dates in Jan. They are both Saturday nights 15th and 22nd. We need answers of your preferred date so we can firm up the reservation. The Tennis club calendar is getting full even at this early stage therefore please return you preferred date by Thursday 21st Oct 10.
