Back by popular demand to Lee Tennis Club - Sat 28th Jan 2012.
Axiom Dinner Menu £21.95/head includes; Arrival Drink, Choice of Merlot or Sauvignon and Disco
Taxi minibus @£100 / bus (16 seater - the more the cheaper!).

Meanwhile, a popular carol with a twist to get you in the mood;

Good Team Axiom they looked out on the feast of Cosham,
Where the snow lay round about deep and crisp and even,
Brightly shone the sun that day, thou their moods were cru-el,
All that snow meant they could not, get out on their c-y-y-cles.

But then came a shining star in the form of An-gie sunny

"Fear not fellow cyclists pray - we can do some spin-ing"
So it was they set about with their fitness classes,
When it came to awards dinner night,
They could stuff their f-a-ces.

Hampshire Road Club best look out!
For next season's races,
As by then team axiom will,
Put them through their p-a-ces!

Starters

Sliced smoked salmon drizzled with lemon juice and cracked black pepper
served with prawns in a rose-marie sauce and brown bread
OR
Homemade chicken liver pate served with toasted ciabatta and cranberry chutney
OR
Goat’s cheese and red onion tart served with green leaves and salad dressing

Entrees

Grilled salmon fillet florentine served with a spinach and hollandaise sauce
OR
Wellington of chicken with brie and onion jam
OR
Moroccan lamb served with lemon and mint cous cous

All of the above will be served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes.

Desserts

White chocolate and raspberry cheesecake served with pouring cream

Tarte au citron and berry coulis served with pouring cream
OR
Selection of cheese and biscuits
