This Weeks Spin Class

Hi All

If you still want a class this Sun (12th Dec), it will be at 13.30. As mentioned before I have my own training workshop in the morning so this is the earliest time I can do. I appreciate it is in the middle of the day so might not appeal to all of you but I'm there if you want it.

Saturday looks like the weather is going almost tropical again with temps coming out of the minus range so I figured everyone would prefer a club run. I will also have had two very late party nights in a row so might not wake up at all on Saturday.

Tony and I will be at the FF session at 09.30 but will not be able to attend the midday spin as our boss is adament that we have to travel to Edinburgh. So we will be traveling Sunday afternoon.

Thanks for the offer. I was looking forward to rolling around in the squash court with you again!!! Ye Ha!!

Ref Tels reply - did I not say we are up in "Sunny" Scotland next week working in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, Brrrrrrrgggghhhh!
As Tel said sorry we cannot make it, I certainly felt the benefits of the Role around in the squash court.
