Hi,
A few of the HRC 'racing team'
are planning to ride your event tomorrow morning @ 07:30, just wanted to check where the HQ was please. Same car park as Bognor CC use on their evening events, what time will we be able to signon from ?

Yes you are correct, we will be using the same car park as Bognor CC.
HQ will be open when I get there, hopefully about 06;45
