Xmas / Awards Dinner 2nd Feb 2013

The awards dinner is arranged for the Saturday 2nd February at the Queens Head Titchfield.
The menu has been organised at £19.95 a head and it will be published shortly.
TRANSPORT:- I assume there will be a demand for transport to and from the venue to this end I NEED to know your requirements by 7th JANUARY at the VERY LATEST. It is not possible to give costings until I know the number & size of vehicles required. So act NOW.

I'm not sure if I/we can make the 2/2 - as I'm supposed to be taking Emily to Coventry (!?!?) on that day. If there's any chance of not deciding until the end of this week - I'm hoping the trip will get cancelled, and we can come - otherwise I'll have to decline
