Weekender - Appeal for Helpers

Hello All

Now the Tour of the Milburys is well and truly over, it's time to concentrate on the Weekender. Marshals and helpers are needed to cover the two events:

10 mile TT 14th June starting at 16:00
and
25 mile TT 15th June starting at 7:00

The CTT are being stricter on event organsiers fulfilling the conditions in the risk assessments. This means that we have to make sure we have enough marshals to cover all of the points on the course where they are needed. We will also need to put out a lot more signs than we have before. If we don't we can't run the event!!

Can you let me know asap (either on the forum or by email) if you are able to help.

I'm about. will bring PA equipment. do we need another laptop and projector? Let me know if so..

I can do whatever on saturday, sunday I'm happy to sign the bottom half of the course and marshal at Buriton as per last year.

Damn, double booked again. Saturday is fine but promised to ride the BHF harbours earlier in the year and was reminded tonight. Turns out it is the Sunday, if I can in anyway do both I will. Not sure I can get back from Liss to Stokes bay in time though.

I would offer my services but that's the weekend of the Vätternrundan so I'll be in Sweden.

Can you confirm where this is as I haven't done it before? I was also going to do the round the harbour bike ride sun so how long would you need me for?

It will be open from 2pm on Saturday afternoon (and 6 on Sunday morning   ).

We have just about enough volunteers to hold this event safely and meet the Risk Assessment, so thanks to all you volunteers!
