Tour of Milburys roles & timings

Tour of Milburys this Sat (14th)
HQ open from 8 am therefore any helpers from then appreciated
TT starts 10.00
Roles aren't set in concrete if anyone objects / wants to do something different

Timers: Me, Des, Graham
Pushers off: Sarah, Tel
Marshalls: Tim, Will, Angie, Gavin
Kitchen: Tony (So he can rest his foot!)

RR starts 13.00 but people need to be there about 12.00 for briefing, getting to positions, etc.
Lead Cars: Luke & Gavin
First Aid: Tim, driven by Angie
Race service: Dave Edwards (VC St Raphael)
3 x NEG (Motorcycle escorts)
Marshalls: Des & Graham (to shoot off and assist finishing judging with Sue)
Me, Tel, Will, Tony, Sarah, Claire, Helly, + two more hopefully!
Kitchen: someone required for hall regs, don't know who!

I've spoken with Mick and he has the second set of numbers and flags which he'll bring out.
Other stuff to bring: laptop (Tim - you should have the start list I sent), printer, projector, signs, fluoro jackets, etc.

Sarah has offered to do some rolls for the catering, I've bought a couple cakes and I guess if you feel inclined to bake any more wouldn't go amiss! (Even if they're scoffed by helpers as opposed to riders!!)

Where is the HQ? I can probably help somehow but have to work out when/how I get there so if I know then I can work out mode of transport - broom stick is being repaired!

The HQ is at Meonstoke Meon Hall (SO32 3NP).

Thanks, have jallopy, will travel. Will be there first thing Saturday morning and will bring some cake. Will see if you need marshalls for the afternoon and whether I can come back again. Lovely jubbly x

So that we don't have too many cakes and not enough rolls I've made a big banana and walnut loaf and 48 fairy cakes.

Sarah if you want a hand with rolls let me know and I can knock a few out for you.
