Tour of Milburys helpers Empty Tour of Milburys helpers

That time has come around again when the rallying call goes out for helpers for TA's road race; once again there's a full field so we need all the help we can get.
It's on Sat 14th May.
Morning:
Pusher off (preferably x2)
Timekeepers (Me, Graham & Des - if you're OK with that G&D?)
Marshalls (at least 4)
Signing for afternoon stage.
Kitchen staff

Afternoon:
Lead car x 2 (Gavin, are you OK with one again?)
Race Service (Martin Whitty & Luke - as Tony's incapacitated!)
First Aid (Tim, driven by Angie)
Marshalls (at least 12)
Kitchen staff (hall requirement that someone's always there)
Finish line judges

Plus a laptop and the projector along with a printer if possible (with the drivers if necessary after last time!), flags, signs, etc.

Please could you let me know if you're available or not and in what capacity,

Got the 1st aid covered, and will be driven (mad?!? Mad Laughing Mad ) by Angie!!

Also got the tech to bring along - including printer.

Fine with that Andy - just had the car washed aswell!!!

Am I allowed to play music? Not only have I got all of Abba's music I've got Boney M, the Everley Brothers and Neil Sedaka, (god knows where that one came from).

Hi Andy

I can offer myself for anything you feel I can undertake, but marshal at the Milbury's sounds good!

Dave from VC St Raphael, he's the guy who has the Volvo rigged for race service, has offered to do race service for the Milbury's, just an idea but maybe he and Martin do race service which would release Luke for another vehicle? I have Daves phone number if you want?

Sarah is also available to help out.

Angie, I'm sure Tim can't wait, I know he loves his music!!

I can drive anything. done lead car before. i think claire is OK to marshal.

can also provide laptop/projector, ear defenders for Tim etc.

Hi Andy, I`m fine for timekeeping duties for both am & pm or as we wont need so many timekeepers for the pm I could marshal instead. See you soon mate. Very Happy

I can do pusher off or Marshal for the TT and can do one of the lead cars, marshal or judge on the line - whatever you need Very Happy

Got Dave Edwards VC St Raphael to do race service, unfortunately have lost Martin Whitty through work commitments who I thought could have done lead car instead.
Oh well, I would say lead car would now be Luke and either Gavin or Sarah for the 2nd one.

Dave suggested someone else for a second race service car, I think this could be a good idea as the field always splits - any comments?
