Garmin Connect to Strava

Can anyone help?

I have hundreds of rides saved to mine and Sarah's Garmin Connect sites that I would like to load onto Strava, but cannot work out how?

I have tried using the "sideburn" bulk load but cannot get that to work.
Strava say you can load upto 25 rides at a time? again I cannot see how.
