Hi All,

Just thought I'd re-post Allan's message for anyone not on Strava. His event is this Sunday but, if memory serves, I believe Des has a ride planned that day as well. I've mentioned this to Allan in my reply and also said that most of you will probably be doing that but, for the sake of clarity, here is his post on Strava:
